This Privacy Policy explains how BlueConneX Corp, operator of AffiliConnex ("AffiliConnex," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when people visit our website, request merchant setup, use merchant or affiliate accounts, submit support messages, or interact with affiliate tracking operated through the service.

2. Our roles
For our own website, account administration, security, billing administration, and product operations, AffiliConnex may act as a business/controller. For affiliate-program data processed on a merchant's instructions, the merchant generally determines the purposes of the affiliate program and AffiliConnex acts as a processor/service provider to the extent applicable. Affiliates or consumers seeking rights concerning a specific merchant program may also need to contact that merchant.
3. How we collect information
We receive information directly from merchants, merchant users, affiliates, applicants, and support users; automatically from the service and first-party tracking; from ecommerce/server integrations that report orders and lifecycle events; and from service providers used to operate the platform.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure accounts; operate affiliate applications and portals; attribute referral traffic and orders; calculate and adjust commissions; prepare payout records; support merchants and affiliates; administer subscriptions; detect abuse; troubleshoot integrations; maintain audit records; comply with law; and improve the service.
5. Affiliate tracking
AffiliConnex uses first-party referral tracking to associate a visitor with an affiliate referral and may use a visitor token or cookie for the merchant-configured attribution window. Tracking can include referral code, program, landing page, source host, timestamp, browser information, and security-related hashed IP-derived values. Merchants are responsible for providing any notices or consent mechanisms required for their websites and jurisdictions.
6. How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to the merchant operating the relevant affiliate program; authorized merchant or affiliate users; infrastructure, email, monitoring, billing, and other vendors that help operate the service; professional advisers; and government, legal, or security recipients when required or reasonably necessary. We may also disclose data in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
AffiliConnex does not sell personal information for money and does not use merchant affiliate-program data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that triggers a legal right to opt out of sale or sharing, we will update this policy and provide the required mechanism before using information in that manner.
8. Retention
Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Account and merchant-program records are generally retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for contractual, accounting, tax, security, backup, and dispute purposes. Tracking and security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods where practical. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
9. Security
AffiliConnex uses measures including authenticated access, tenant-aware authorization, password hashing, hashed invite/reset/API tokens, encrypted stored secrets where supported, audit logging, rate limiting, session protections, least-privilege database access, and controlled production-launch states. No security program can guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
10. Privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to certain processing of personal information, or appeal a privacy decision. California residents may have rights under the CCPA, including rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. EEA/UK individuals may have rights under applicable data-protection law and, where processing is based on consent, may withdraw consent.
Submit privacy requests through the support form and clearly identify the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify identity and authority. If the request concerns a merchant-controlled affiliate program, we may direct the request to or coordinate with that merchant.
11. Children
AffiliConnex is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children for their own use of AffiliConnex.
12. International processing
Service providers and customers may operate in different countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or contractual safeguard for personal data transferred internationally, the parties will use an appropriate mechanism.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, vendors, or laws change. We will identify the current version and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the AffiliConnex support form. Legal and privacy notices may also be directed to BlueConneX Corp, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, United States.
